FREE Museum Day September 25th

free museum day Did you know that every year Smithsonian Media sponsors FREE museum days from participating museums across the country? All you have to do is visit their website, select the museum you’d like to visit and print a coupon once it’s emailed to you. The coupon will entitle you and a guest to enter the museum for FREE, which is a great way to stretch those dollars! It’s that easy.

Questions? You can learn more about this free day on the FAQ’s page.

If you’re a homeschool family, you may also be interested in saving money by visiting attractions on special days created just for us.  I’ve included a partial list in my post, Save Money Attending Homeschool Days.

I love the High Museum of Art- maybe we should plan to a trip to Atlanta for the Free Museum Day..Hmmm....I'll have to think about that.:)

  4. Field trips are great! This is not in the same area, but Silver Dollar City in Branson, MO has a homeschool weekend. We have not been but it looks awesome. I hope to go this year.

I love hearing what you think! Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment! Blessings!:)
