Today I’ve shared my families favorite Advent read alouds at the Company Front Porch. I hope you’ll pop over and take a look. I really can’t recommend these books enough!
I also just found out that one of the current panel member’s at the Homeschool Village has written an e-book celebrating Advent. Celebrating the Season: An Advent Study, written by Maggie from a Bokros Kind of Life is available for $5.00! That’s a great deal!
If you join The Homeschool Village Blog Frog community and Advent discussion you could also win a copy!
Do you have an Advent story that you look forward to reading each year?
I enjoy reading about Christ's Coming - we have a booklet from Doorposts.net. This year we are using Ann's daily readings from A Holy Experience. I like anything that swaps the focus on the Hope of His Coming instead of the Hope of Something Shiney - or the "Jesus was just a fictional baby" stories. :) We just love reading them all. :)
